Yolanda Fredrickson

Yolanda is a warm, passionate Latina childbirth educator and doula who’s been helping families start their journeys with confidence since 2017. She’s dedicated to supporting parents through the transformative experience of birth and postpartum.

After earning her degree in family studies, Yolanda was eager to dive into birth education, eventually becoming a certified doula. She loves guiding families through pregnancy, labor, and the early days of parenthood, believing that education and a strong support system are key to helping families overcome fear and embrace the power of this experience.

As a childbirth educator, Yolanda creates a warm and welcoming space where families can learn, ask questions, and make informed decisions that feel right for them. As a doula, she’s there to provide emotional and physical support, ensuring that mothers and families are fully cared for throughout pregnancy, the birth process and your postpartum period.

Yolanda believes that every mother has the right to trust her instincts, and she’s there to support that intuition every step of the way. She also understands the importance of rest, nourishment, and a listening ear during the postpartum period, and she’s passionate about giving families the space and support they need as they adjust to their new lives. She truly believes in the power of every family to thrive, and she’s here to support that journey.

At the heart of Yolanda’s work is a deep respect for each family’s individual needs and the firm belief that every parent deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered to make the best decisions for themselves and their babies.
