With our specialized trainings and experience, we help you navigate your choices throughout labor, ensuring that your voice and preferences are heard. We holistically address the emotional and psychological needs of both parents during prep work and delivery. What does a Birth Package include?
• The education and calm support of a highly experienced doula throughout your pregnancy and birth
• Prenatals to discuss techniques to provide comfort during pregnancy, Spinning Babies® practices, practical hospital needs, birthing options available to you and to help me understand your specific needs
• Prenatals to learn labor comfort measures, relaxation skills, and practice communication strategies for labor
• Evidence based explanations of your birth plan options and preferences
• Support 24/7 via phone and email from the signing of the contract
• On-call availability for the month around your due date
• Text, phone support until you want my personal presence
• In home and hospital in person support for you and your birth team during labor, including rebozo techniques
• Postpartum visit for birth reflection, practical postpartum care and newborn education
• Birth photos, as I’m available to provide
• Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support
• Perinatal resources and specialized referrals to local practitioners
